Vendor Terms

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Vendor Terms apply to businesses and individuals who subscribe to paid plans and use WapBlaster to send WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (the "Vendor", "you"). They are in addition to our User Terms. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (for example monthly or annually) and, unless stated otherwise, renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Messaging/conversation charges levied by Meta/WhatsApp are separate and are your responsibility, in addition to your subscription.
  • Taxes may apply and are added where required.
  • You may cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops further billing but does not retroactively refund the current or past terms.

2. Your compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform terms, TRAI/DPDP and all applicable laws. This includes obtaining valid opt-in consent, honouring opt-outs, respecting messaging limits and quality ratings, and the content of every message you send. You must not send spam or prohibited content.

3. Refund policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where expressly required by law. Because the Service is delivered immediately and incurs third-party and infrastructure costs, we do not provide pro-rata or partial refunds for unused time after a billing cycle has started.

4. No refunds for Meta/WhatsApp account actions

Important: WapBlaster operates on top of the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which is owned and controlled solely by Meta Platforms, Inc. Decisions about your WhatsApp number and WhatsApp Business Account, including quality ratings, messaging limits, template approvals, restrictions, bans and account disablement, are made by Meta/WhatsApp at their discretion and are entirely outside our control.

If your WhatsApp number is banned, blocked, rate-limited or restricted, or your WhatsApp Business Account or Meta account is disabled, suspended or terminated by Meta or WhatsApp for any reason, we do not offer any refund, credit or compensation of your subscription fees or any messaging charges. This applies regardless of the cause, including where the action results from your messaging practices, content, recipient reports, or Meta/WhatsApp policy enforcement. Maintaining good standing with Meta/WhatsApp is your responsibility.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery, speed and reach depend on Meta/WhatsApp and other third parties and are not guaranteed by us. We are not liable for delays, failures or outages originating from those platforms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse that risks our platform or the WhatsApp ecosystem. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; fees already paid remain non-refundable as set out above.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, data, goodwill, number quality or account standing.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
