Gallabox is known for its shared inbox and bots, but it is worth comparing before you commit for the long term. As always, every platform uses the same official WhatsApp Business API, so your decision is about the software, the pricing and the support around it. Here is how it compares with WapBlaster.
Shared inbox and routing
If multiple agents handle chats, compare the inbox closely.
- Agents included before pricing climbs in a team inbox.
- Routing, assignment and labels for organised conversations.
- Canned replies and templates to speed up responses.
Automation and broadcasts
- A visual chatbot and drip flows without per-flow fees.
- Unlimited broadcasts with scheduling and segmentation.
- Ready automations from our workflows guide.
Pricing and support
Model the platform fee against agents and contacts, then add Meta's standard conversation charges from our pricing models guide. Also weigh onboarding help and green tick support, which affect time to value.
Decide with a real test
Run a week-long trial on your shortlist: a real broadcast, one automation and two agents sharing the inbox. Use our provider checklist to keep the comparison fair.
Frequently asked questions
How does WapBlaster compare to Gallabox?
Both provide a shared inbox, bots and broadcasts on the same official API. The differences are the pricing model, how many agents are included, whether automation costs extra, and the support experience. Compare those at your real volume.
Can several agents use one number on both?
Yes. A shared team inbox lets multiple agents work the same business number with routing and labels. Check how many seats are included before extra charges apply.
Which is more cost-effective?
It depends on your team size and contact count. Add the platform fee to Meta's conversation charges and compare the all-in monthly cost rather than the headline price.
How do I switch without downtime?
Keep your number, confirm templates are approved on the new platform, re-import contacts, and move during a quiet window while monitoring number quality.
